Delivery Options

 

UK orders up to 2kg
Orders up to 2kg in weight are sent by standard 1st class post unless another option is available.

UK orders over 2kg
Orders over 2kg are sent by carrier using your selected delivery service if available.

EU & ROW orders
All EU & ROW orders will be sent by a standard carrier service.

 

Delivery Methods


Royal Mail First Class
This is a non trackable delivery service for deliveries to Mainland UK. Royal Mail "aims" to deliver the next working day (including Saturdays) of the order being dispatched (depending on location). For faster or urgent deliveries we recommend a trackable delivery service, please select one of the carrier options as stated below.

Royal Mail Recorded
This is a non trackable delivery service for deliveries to Mainland UK, and Royal Mail ‘aims’ to deliver the next working day of the order being dispatched (including Saturdays & depending on location). Please note a signature is required by the receiver. For faster or urgent deliveries we recommend a trackable delivery service, please select one of the carrier options as stated below.

Carrier Standard
This is a fast trackable delivery service and orders are usually sent by road. From the time of the order being dispatched, delivery is expected to take 1 to 2 days for UK addresses, 3 to 6 days for EU addresses and 5 to 10 days for R.O.W. addresses. Once your items have been collected by the carrier you will receive a tracking confirmation email provided by the carrier to your registered email address at the end of the working day. Carrier Express
This is the fastest trackable delivery service and orders are usually sent by air & normally within 1 to 2 working days of the order being dispatched. Once your items have been collected by the carrier you will receive a tracking confirmation email provided by the carrier to your registered email address at the end of the working day. Delivery Exceptions & Information


PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery, therefore we CANNOT deliver orders to PO Box addresses. If you need to contact us about the delivery of your order, please email us or call +44 (0)20 8867 2020.

Delivery & Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on weight of the total order and will be displayed in the basket prior to order confirmation. We can deliver to most countries however some countries & island destinations will require a ‘custom’ delivery charge to be calculated for each specific order. If there is no shipping method available for your country please email us to place your order or call +44 (0)20 8867 2020.

Large Packages
Charges are calculated using the volumetric weight of a package. Some parts can be light in weight but large in volume size, therefore incur a higher delivery charge.

Exceptional Items
If your order includes items that are particularly heavy (such as engines or gearboxes) or bulky items (such as windscreens), wings, full exhaust systems, bonnet assemblies & body shells), there may be an additional delivery charge. In these circumstances the website will ask you to contact Moss to discuss a suitable delivery method.

Shipping of Hazardous Goods
Moss Europe Ltd conforms to international delivery regulations regarding the packaging and transportation of Hazardous Goods by road and sea freight. Due to international delivery regulations and licencing rules, all goods deemed as ‘Hazardous’ are ONLY currently available for delivery to the UK and Europe. If a part number displays as ‘Hazardous Goods’, the product is Hazardous and we will only be able to deliver it to you if you are in the UK or Europe and by road and sea only. *Important Note for Wet Batteries: Our wet batteries can only be purchased and collected in store. *Important Note for Dry Batteries: We can only ship dry batteries with an acid pack for customers to arrange their own filling and initial charge, just add Part Number MQC1134 to your basket. Shipping restrictions apply to Part Number MQC1134 which can only be shipped by road. *Important Note for Wheel & Tyre Sets: We are only able to ship these products by road freight to UK and mainland Europe destinations. Customers requiring shipping outside of these areas should email us or call +44 (0)20 8867 2020.

In ALL other circumstances Moss will remove any ‘Hazardous Goods’ (and associated costs) before delivering the rest of your order. If you have ‘Hazardous Goods’ in your online shopping basket, then you will have to remove these before proceeding with your online order. Catalogue Delivery Charges
Our Parts & Accessories catalogues are free of charge which includes worldwide delivery. Catalogues are restricted to ONEcatalogue per order.

 


 

Payment


Prices
Prices on this site are current and are displayed in UK £ inclusive of UK VAT at 20% (where applicable). Shipments to EU countries will be charged at their local VAT/Tax rate. Countries outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Prices displayed in Euros
In the basket an ‘Estimated’ price in Euros is dispayed for your reference only. Whilst we try to ensure our exchange rate is close to the official rate, this should be used as a guide price only. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates the estimated Euro price may vary to the actual price you pay in Euros.

Prices shown on the website are updated every 24 hours. All prices are per unit (unless otherwise stated) and do not include delivery, postage & packaging. Moss Europe Ltd reserve the right to alter specifications, quantities, prices and/or applicable discounts without prior notice. E&O.E.

Currency
Our website will only take payment in GB pounds (£).

Credit and Debit Cards
Payment for online orders can be made by any credit or debit card with a Visa® or MasterCard® logo.

If your credit or debit card fails to authorise it may be because you have entered the expiry date or CVV code incorrectly, please check you are entering in the correct details. If you are sure you entered these details in correctly but your card still fails to authorise after a second attempt, then please contact the card issuer whose number will be on the reverse of the card.

PayPal
You will only be given the option to pay by PayPal when all parts are available to fulfil for your order. We can not take payment via PayPal where orders contain products that are out of stock or on ‘Backorder’.

Collection


Branch Collection
If you would prefer to pick up your order from one of our 5 branches please click here and enter the details requested in the Branch Collection email. Once you have sent the email to us, a member of our Sales team will contact you to confirm that your email has been received. They will then contact you again when your order is ready to collect. You will be able to collect your order anytime form your selected branch during our opening hours (below). Payment will be due on collection and you will be asked to confirm your address and quote the order reference number.
