The Battery Shield is both a stylish trim panel which provides a clean look to your engine bay and a solid protective cover for your battery. Precision machined from a high-quality plastic called Hydex 1050, the cover has racing inspired quick release latches which offer it race car appeal and capability. It also makes for a decent spot to put some decals as well! To install, just align each quick release button over its mounting point and press the cover down until it snaps into place. The custom-made stainless-steel standoffs can be put in place of the OEM battery tie-down nuts. For added stability, the battery shield also has padding on the underside.
