Product Exchange

If you need to replace an unsuitable item, this must be returned for a refund and a replacement part purchased as a new order.

Warranty Returns

  1. All parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  2. The warranty does not cover labour charges, failure of a related component, or failure resulting from incorrect installation or misuse, nor will the warranty in any event be greater than the cost of the original component.
  3. A completed Returns Form must accompany the return.
  4. Return freight will be reimbursed if proof of cost is supplied (standard or least expensive method of delivery only).
  5. Electrical parts returned for warranty will be tested and if found functional, no refund will be issued.
  6. Reimbursement is made by the original payment method.
  7. Returns with incorrect or incomplete documentation will not be processed.
  8. Warranty is not valid on parts that are fitted to vehicles used in motorsport, competition, road rally or track events.
  9. Returns of items without a corresponding invoice number will not be processed.

Core Returns

  1. Exchange items are subject to a surcharge that is refunded when a rebuildable unit (core) is returned.
  2. Cores must be returned within 90 days of your purchase.
  3. Cores must be returned in the original box or carton supplied with the rebuilt unit.
  4. Cores must be clean and empty of all fluids, this includes engines, gearboxes etc and is not exhaustive. Failure to return core items drained of fluid will result in handling fees or possible surcharges and collections can be refused by either our transport staff or our carrier network staff if leaking core items present a health and safety risk.
  5. Cores must be complete, assembled and rebuildable to receive credit or refund.
  6. You must pay all shipping charges for the return of the core and these charges are not refundable.

International Returns - Customs Information

  1. Customers returning parts from outside the UK must state on all carrier documentation the reason for return as either ‘for repair’, ‘warranty item’, or ‘return’.
  2. Customs charges incurred by Moss Europe will be charged to the customer. To avoid this, ensure that documentation is correctly completed, and use a delivery and duty pre-paid service.
