To help ensure the parts you are ordering are correct for your vehicle please include the following information: Make, model, year, and commission number or VIN of the vehicle for which you are ordering. Include details of any modifications which may affect your order (i.e. MGB engine in an MGA). Wherever possible, have the Moss part number, description and quantity required for each item ready before you call. Having your credit/debit card number ready will also help speed up your ordering process.

When ordering by email or fax, it is important to include your complete name and address plus a delivery address if different from your billing address. If you have ordered from us before, include your Moss customer number. If you are a new customer please include your home Post Code.

Include a phone number and/or email address at which you may be contacted during the day. If you do not wish to provide credit card information by email, include a phone number at which you may be reached during the day.
There are various ways that you can search the Moss Europe site for the parts you need.
You can ‘enter a search term’, the results will depend upon how accurate or specific your search term is. For example if you enter a part number, the search will return the part you are looking for. However, if you enter a more generic description ie: brake disc, you can then use the refining search (on the left hand side of the site) to sort the results - by price, brand, year etc… the site will display relevant products which will be automatically updated as you refine your search, until you find the part you are searching for.
Alternatively you can ‘shop by model’ or component by selecting this from the header navigation bar, this will give you specific options including: marque, model… to choose from to refine your search to help you find the part you need. You can then use the refining search (on the left hand side of the site) to sort the results - by model, price, brand, year etc. the site will display relevant products which will be automatically updated as you refine your search, until you find the part you are searching for.

- Select the items you want to order by clicking the ‘ADD’ button, they will be added to your online basket. You can see what items you have already added by clicking on the basket logo.
- When you have finished adding to your basket, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
- If you are a registered customer with an existing account, enter your email address and password to proceed. If you are a new customer, you must first create a new account by registering. Items in bold type are required fields.
- Follow the instructions to complete you payment information and click ‘SUBMIT ORDER’.
- Once your order has been submitted your confirmation email will be sent to you.

Ordering from outside the UK
Overseas orders are often subject to local import duties, taxes and Customs clearance, which will need to be paid at the point of entry into the country. These charges are NOT included in the price of the goods or delivery prices. All relevant Customs forms and documentation required to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment.

Parts backorder - how does this work?
We understand that it's frustrating when you see the product you want is out of stock. However, we are able to offer a backorder service that enables you to reserve the item(s) when they return to stock, subject to availability.
If the backorder becomes available within 30 days of the order date we will automatically process the backorder and ship the part(s) to you. If the backorder becomes available after 30 days we will contact you prior to dispatch to check the backorder is still required. Our backorder system may require reauthorization of your payment terms, but we will advise you of this at the time. Your credit or debit card will NOT be charged until the backorder has been dispatched. If the item does not become available within 6 months of the order date or it becomes No Longer Available (NLA), we will automatically cancel the backorder.
BACKORDER SHIPPING & HANDLING
If we are unable to supply items from your order, the delivery charges you pay on the shipped part(s) will be reduced to correspond with the actual products shipped. Backorders will then follow, when available, and the balance of the Shipping & Handling charge shown on the website will be charged.
When buying parts & accessories for your car please be aware that we specify a product for the original specification of a ‘standard car’. If your car has been modified or altered from standard specification or you are unsure, please contact us for advice as it could affect the fitting of the parts or accessories. Where possible we will notify of fitment issues.
Prices on this site are current and are displayed in UK £ inclusive of UK VAT at 20% (where applicable). Shipments to EU countries will be charged at their local VAT/Tax rate. Countries outside the EU will not be charged VAT.
Prices are updated every 24 hours to ensure the prices displayed are up to date. All prices are per unit (unless otherwise stated) and do not include postage & packaging. Moss Europe Ltd reserve the right to alter specifications, quantities, prices and/or applicable discounts without prior notice. E&O.E.
Our website will only take payment in GB pounds (£). At checkout we display an ‘estimated’ price in euros for your reference only. Whilst we try to ensure our exchange rate is close to the official rate, this should be used as a guide price only. This estimated rate may vary to the actual price you pay in euros, due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
Credit and Debit Cards
Payment for online orders can be made by any credit or debit card with a Visa® or MasterCard® logo.
Credit Card Fails to Authorise
If your credit or debit card fails to authorise it may be because you have entered the expiry date or CVV code incorrectly, please check you are entering in the correct details. If you are sure you entered these details in correctly but your card still fails to authorise after a second attempt, then please contact the card issuer whose number will be on the reverse of the card.
You will only be given the option to pay by PayPal where all parts are available to fulfil for your order. We will not take payment via PayPal for products that are out of stock or may be on backorder.
Alternative Payment Methods
Payment may be made by personal cheque (to the card guarantee limit), bankers draft or bank transfer. If you intend to use one of these methods please confirm parts availability and carriage charges for your order first.
Purchasing a Moss Gift Voucher - We offer two types of gift vouchers:
Off-line gift vouchers purchased in a Moss branch or over the phone are credit card sized, are individually numbered and produced from high quality plastic. Each denomination is specifically coloured and features a striking design. The vouchers are supplied with a free gift card and envelope and are available in £10, £25 and £50 denominations.
On-line gift vouchers purchased through the Moss Europe website will generate a voucher code which will be emailed directly to the recipient. VAT is not charged on gift vouchers. The values on the Gift Voucher(s) are shown in GB Pounds inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. VAT will be deducted at the point of checkout and you will not be charged for it. Further instructions for redemption of vouchers will be delivered with the Gift Voucher(s).
Redeeming a Moss Gift Voucher - All Moss gift vouchers can be redeemed in full or as part payment for orders placed on the Moss Europe website, at a Moss branch or over the phone. It is essential that you keep your voucher code safe as this will be requested when placing your order. The balance of gift vouchers can be checked in the recipient's online account page.
• The Gift Voucher is only redeemable against purchases made from a Moss Europe branch, from a Moss Europe staff member over the telephone, via email or Fax.
• The Gift Voucher can be redeemed in full or as part payment.
• The Gift Voucher is equal to the value printed on it (£10, £25 or £50) in pounds sterling only.
• Each Gift Voucher is only valid until the expiry date, within two years from the date of purchase.
Please note: Gift vouchers are sold at full face value only and are never discounted. Delivery is not charged on all types of gift vouchers.
Value Added Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate of 20% will be levied on all orders being dispatched to countries within the UK.
Orders shipped to all EU countries will be charged UK VAT at 20%, except for The Azores (18%), Belgium (21%), Czech Republic (21%), Denmark (25%), Finland (24%), Germany (19%), Irish Republic (23%), Italy (22%), Madeira (22%), Netherlands (21%), Portugal (23%), Spain (21%) and Sweden (25%).
The local VAT rate will be added at the checkout replacing the UK VAT rate.
VAT is not charged on goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU. However, such orders are often subject to local import duty, taxes and Customs clearance, which MUST be paid by the purchaser at the port of entry. These charges are not included in the cost of the goods or delivery prices.
