Cooper Style Dashboard Covering Material - Mini (1959-69)

This length of leathercloth is sufficient to cover the internal A posts, dash top rail and dash lower rail on any Mini with a centre speedometer, lacking the moulding introduced on the clubman. These areas were always originally covered on the Coopers, otherwise on standard cars, they were normally visible as bare painted areas of the body shell. These are difficult areas to trim due to their shape. It is recommended that the front screen and dash trim is removed from the car and a liberal amount of contact adhesive is used. If you do not feel confident with this, it may be appropriate to find an experienced body shop or trimming specialist to do it for you.
