Notes: Reconditioned gearboxes are a great way to rectify problems with the Mini's bottom end. Not everyone is able to strip down a mini gearbox and rebuild it themselves as the procedure is quite complex. Common problems with the Mini's are jumping out of gears when driven or stiffness selecting gears or crunching gears when selected. Some of these issues can be caused by bulk rings being badly worn or teeth on the gears being worn or missing. All these problems require the engine and gearbox to be removed from the car in order to be rectified. Our reconditioned gearboxes are a great way to keep your Mini on the road where it belongs. Please note: You will need to retain the speedo pinion from your old gearbox and ensure you ask for the correct differential ratio.
