Welcome to Moss Bristol, the southwest branch of Moss Europe Ltd. Staffed with a knowledgeable & dedicated team of enthusiastic staff. Moss Bristol offers you easy ordering, balanced product advise and a wide range of parts and accessories in stock. Moss Bristol are happy to accept orders and enquiries in the format that best suits you; in person, by phone, email or fax…  Our retail branch is open 6 days a week & we would love you to come and say hello and discuss your classic needs over a cup of coffee (or tea). However, if you are not close by, please phone, email or fax us with your requirements. We also accept preorders if you're building a list but can’t make it in right now, as well as offering a UK & worldwide mail order service.

With only a few exceptions Moss Bristol can ship most parts anywhere in the world. We offer various shipping methods from economy to urgent delivery. Please ask us & we'll find the best delivery method for you. However to waive delivery costs & any packaging chargers all together we recomend you collect your parts direct from the Moss Bristol branch (see below).

 

Collect In Branch

The cheapest way to get your parts is to pick them up direct from our Moss Bristol branch, as the delivery cost to you the customer is absolutely free. You will also be waived any spcialised packaging costs which are incurred on certain products such as windscreens.

So to waive any post & packaging costs please place your order directly with Moss Bristol and you will be contacted when your parts are ready to be collected. Alternatively if you have already placed your order through the Moss Europe website but still want to collect your order from Moss Bristol then please click here and enter the details requested in the branch collection email. Once you have sent the email to us, a member of our Sales team will contact you to confirm that your email has been received. They will then contact you again when your order is ready to collect. You will be able to collect your order from Moss Bristol during our standard opening hours.
On collecting your order you will need to pay for the goods and may be asked to confirm your address and quote the order reference number.

Delivery Options

UK orders up to 2kg
Orders up to 2kg in weight are sent by standard 1st class post unless you request recorded delivery.

UK orders over 2kg
Orders over 2kg are sent by carrier using your chosen delivery service.

EU & ROW orders up to 1kg
Small orders up to 1kg in weight are usually sent by standard Airmail.

EU & ROW orders over 1kg
Orders over 1kg are sent by your chosen delivery service.

 

Delivery Methods

Royal Mail First Class
This is a non trackable delivery service for deliveries to Mainland UK and Royal Mail "aims" to deliver the next working day including Saturdays of the order being dispatched, depending on location. For faster or urgent deliveries we recommend a trackable delivery service, please select one of the carrier options as stated below.

Royal Mail Recorded
This is a non trackable delivery service for deliveries to Mainland UK and Royal Mail "aims" to deliver the next working day including Saturdays of the order being dispatched, depending on your location. Please note a signature is required by the receiver. For faster or urgent deliveries we recommend a trackable delivery service, please select one of the carrier options as stated below.

Airmail & International Recorded Delivery
Airmail is a non trackable delivery service & International Recorded Delivery is a trackable delivery service up until the country of destination. Delivery for these two services can vary from between 7 to 10 working days from the time of the order being dispatched (but may vary depending on your location).

However for a faster trackable delivery service we recommend you select one of the carrier options as stated below. Please note: This trackable delivery service is for Europe 4 countries & Overseas 1, 2 & 3 countries only. Airmail for Europe 1, 2, & 3 countries is non-trackable (see below).

Standard (Road)
This is a fast trackable delivery service and orders are usually sent by road. From the time of the order being dispatched, delivery is expected to take 1 to 2 days for UK addresses, 3 to 6 days for EU addresses and 5 to 10 days for R.O.W. addresses. Once your items have been collected by the carrier you will receive a tracking confirmation email provided by the carrier to your registered email address at the end of the working day. If for any reason you are unable to track your order please email bristol@moss-europe.co.uk.

Express (Air)
This is the fastest trackable delivery service and orders are usually sent by air & normally within 1 to 2 working days of the order being dispatched. Once your items have been collected by the carrier you will receive a tracking confirmation email provided by the carrier to your registered email address at the end of the working day. If for any reason you are unable to track your order please email bristol@moss-europe.co.uk.

 

Delivery Exceptions & Information

PO Box Addresses
All deliveries must be signed for, so will require a signature upon delivery, therefore we CANNOT deliver orders to PO Box addresses. If you need to contact someone about the delivery of your order, please email bristol@moss-europe.co.uk or call +44 (0)117 923 2523.

Delivery to OTHER Countries & Island Destinations
Deliveries to ALL other countries & island destinations (not listed below) require ‘custom’ delivery charges to be calculated for each specific order. Therefore it is not currently possible to place an order through this website. To place your order please contact us by email bristol@moss-europe.co.uk or call +44 (0)117 923 2523.

Large Packages
Carrier charges are calculated using the volumetric weight of a package. Some parts can be light in weight but large in volume size, therefore incur a higher delivery charge.

Exceptional Items
If your order includes items that are particularly heavy (such as engines or gearboxes) or bulky items (such as windscreens), wings, full exhaust systems, bonnet assemblies & body shells), there may be an additional delivery charge. Shipping of Hazardous Goods
Moss Europe Ltd conforms to international delivery regulations regarding packaging and transportation of Hazardous Goods by road and sea freight. Due to international delivery regulations and licencing rules all goods deemed as Hazardous are only currently available for delivery to the UK and Europe. If a part number displays as ‘Hazardous Goods’, the product is Hazardous and we will only be able to deliver it to you if you are in the UK or Europe and by road and sea only. *Important Note for Wet Batteries: Our wet batteries can only be purchased and collected in branch. *Important Note for Dry Batteries: We can only ship dry batteries with an acid pack for customers to arrange their own filling and initial charge, just add part number MQC1134 to your basket. Shipping restrictions apply to part number MQC1134 which can only be shipped by road. *Important Note for Wheel & Tyre Sets: We are only able to ship these products by road freight to UK and mainland Europe destinations. Customers requiring shipping outside of these areas should email bristol@moss-europe.co.uk for further information.

In ALL other circumstances Moss will remove any Hazardous goods (and associated costs) before delivering the rest of your order. If you have Hazardous goods in your online shopping basket, then you will not be able to fulfil this order. Please remove any Hazardous goods from your online basket before proceeding with your online order. Catalogue Delivery Charges
We do not charge for our parts & accessories catalogues. Currently we are offering Free worldwide delivery of our parts & accessories catalogues. However, orders are restricted to ONE catalogue per order.
