Please note:
Mazda changed the design of the 6-speed transmission somewhere in between the 2001 and 2002 model years. So if you have a 2001-2002 6-speed, please check your VIN before ordering your shifter rebuild kit:
If the last six digits of your VIN are below 220739, order the 5-speed/early 6-speed kit (909-932)
If the last six digits of your VIN are above 220738, then order the 2002-2005 rebuild kit (909-931)
