Involving absolute attention to detail, each cover has been gone over by hand to ensure that it is free from defects. Machined from 6061 aluminium and powder-coated black, the shift well cover comes with stainless hardware to secure it to the powder-coated steel frame that bolts to the centre console using OEM hardware. Completing the kit is a laser cut ABS cover plate and a few bits of hardware to keep the cover plate pressed up against the cover. A felt pad is adhered to the bottom side of the cover so that the slide plate is able to move freely and quietly. Installation is easy and takes about 30 minutes, requiring just the basic tools.
