With an improved epoxy formulation Extreme Chassis Black gives 3 times the durability of the original chassis black. It provides a smart finish to chassis and suspension components, giving excellent coverage and resistance to fuel, brake fluid, abrasion, chipping and temperatures up to148ºC (300ºF). An average sized chassis, for example a TR, uses 3 to 5 aerosol cans for the entire chassis! It should not be used on standard type primers.

For the best results prime clean bare, rust free metal with Eastwood Extreme Chassis Black Primer, treat surface rust areas with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator, then top coat with Chassis Black or Extreme Chassis Black.
