This is an alternative CW&P set that has a similar ratio to the MGB GT V8 ratio but can be fitted to MGB 1800 Salisbury axle without any modification for those doing a V8 conversion. This ratio is not advisable for those running a standard MGB 1800 engine owing to insufficient torque to produce any level of performance.
