Uprated brake discs are designed to give improved braking using standard 2-pot calipers and your choice of brake pads. They are ideally suited to fast road and occasional track day use. Using cross-drilled discs improves braking by dispersing the surface gasses that build up as the pads get hot, reducing fade, giving more consistent braking. Important: If fitting grooved or cross-drilled discs to replace standard solid discs, they must be fitted as a pair.
