Windscreen Shipping

As you can imagine there are problems associated with shipping large fragile items, in particular windscreens. We always suggest that windscreens should be collected from one of our branches to ensure you are able to transport your glass with the utmost of care. However, we understand that this is not always possible. To minimise the possibility of damage to the windscreen in the shipping process, it is now Moss Europe’s policy to ship windscreens packed in a specially designed heavy duty ‘Tri-Wall’ cardboard box. The price of this box is £70.00 (ex VAT), non-refundable and is not included in the price of the product. The crate’s dimensions will also increase shipping costs, particularly in EU countries. The crate dimensions are 150cm x 33cm x 74cm. The maximum volumetric weight is 92kgs.

If you have selected 'Collect in Person' from one of our branches, our system will automatically assign your order with a windscreen cardboard box, if you decide that you do not need it, please inform our branch team when collecting the order and a refund will be issued for it at the point of collecting your order.
