Uprated Rear Wheel Cylinders - MGB
MGB roadsters have a tendency to lock their rear wheels when under very heavy braking; this can be counteracted by fitting modified rear wheel cylinders - reducing the pressure exerted on the rear shoes and producing a better balance between front and rear braking. This modification is essential for all competition cars. The brake back plate will need drilling on some models before the new cylinders can be fitted. MGB-GT's and Midget's do not seem to need a change in wheel cylinder dimensions.
