This style of door panel was originally fitted to MX-5 models built between 1993-1997 with electric or manual windows and rear door pocket. The window winder hole is already punched in the hardboard underneath. Using a sharp craft knife simply cut a cross in the foam and the vinyl material from the rear side of the panel. When you fit the panel, the spindle of the window winder will push through the cross slit. The hole in the front of the pocket is for the armrest to be located. At the rear of the pocket there is a brass ferrule holding the pocket to the door panel. Retain the original screw that goes through this ferrule. Two plastic washers are supplied with caps to hide the screw.

All necessary holes for the door fixing clips, armrest and door lock mechanism handles are in the hardboard card. Fitting instructions supplied with each set of panels.
